Back to my normal life again, Alhamdulillah.
My darling hubby had gone back to UAE .
Zaid had moved back to Mu’tah , staying with his wife, Azra.
Safiyyah still has a month off before leaving Jordan and starts her 3rd year medical school in Ukraine.
Izzat, Mimi and I only have 35 days left before going home for good and resume our life back in Kemaman.
Time flies extremely fast …gonna miss all unforgettable events here in Jordan…………
I still have a few activities before flying home.. not sure I am able to do all I’ve planned … keep my fingers cross, InsyaAllah.
As for now, my dreams are sometimes still visualizing the Egyptian blues…. It looks funny when each dream is joined by the white uniform Egyptian policemen….. maybe the policemen are always there no matter where you are….. on the road/roadside , in the mosque , in and around the shopping arcades , on the train , by the river, next to the dustbin , down in the hotel lobby, guarding the tourist buses/sites , on the ferry , in the pharaoh’s tombs.. just name the venue, the ‘white’ policemen are loyally standing/sitting there……..
There are a few magical moments that I’ll never forget while I was in Egypt :
Swimming in the Nile River…so refreshing….
Sailing on a felluca along the Nile River …. feeling so romantic….
Visiting the village folks who live by the Nile River bank …. feeling so warm and exciting…
Riding horse carriages in and around the cities of Aswan and Luxor…. feeling like a Queen in a fairy land…

One last thing to remember…. We met the TV3 crew of the “Spice Road “ programme at our hotel lobby right before we left Cairo, Mr. Nasser and Chef Sabri ( chef in IKIM ) . The cooking + travelling series will be aired this coming Ramadan, InsyaAllah. They have been to many arab countries and still have 3 more countries to go before heading home….
Thank God , so far everything is running smoothly …… I always hope and pray that my family and I are living our life accordingly to the teaching of Islam..with all the boon and wonderful life from The AlMighty God, how could we forget YOU, ALLAH………THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!
