I'm now counting the days........Can't believe it !!!

Exactly a month from now, Izzat, Mimi and I are flying home for good, InsyaAllah.... Can't wait to be back to my beloved country( OMG...am I saying this ????? )......

My journey home has partially taken place this afternoon when 20 boxes of my stuff had been packed and ready to be sent home by Z**** kargo services this week..hopefully I'll get all my packages by the time I'm home or sometime before Ramadan.

Actually I didn't really collect and buy lots of things to bring home since my son , Zaid will still be in Jordan for quite sometime..... so , anything I want I might just ask his favour to get it for me.....

Counting D - Day...I'm now longing to be back sleeping in my own house... having nasi lemak , roti canai and teh tarik for my first breakfast .... lunch..????..... in the evening I'd get satar and otak-otak with cendol and ABC at kuala kemaman....dinner ????.... ( I don't really miss any dishes for lunch and dinner !! )..... greeting and meeting my neighbours who would come to visit me ( perasannya I !!! )....

While being so much into looking and visualizing what I want once I'm home.... I was so thrilled to see this Soyfresh product ....soy bean milk ( I bought the cappuccino flavour ) at the 7th circle Safeway this morning when I did my grocery shopping..... Soy bean milk is very rare to be found here..... Thus, I cooked my own soybean milk for a few times...quite yummy....

The thrill feeling that I had not only because of the soybean milk tasted so creamy and yummy but the fact that this product is a malaysian product.... I seldom felt patriotic...but this morning , I was so proud to be a Malaysian...just because I love soybean milk so much and I finally found the milk that came from my country.....( isy isy isy...... is my head spinning or what !!!! )

Well, it's already late at night ..... hope to have lots and lots of sweet and yummy dreams tonight....Good night !!!!!

Kak Rina,
Bestnya dapat balik ke Malaysia for good. Cath dah lama ingin kembali ke tanahair tercinta tapi apakan daya. Laki dan anak2 rakyat Amerika. Sok sek sok sek.
Rindu sangat kat kampung.

ustaz munn,

makcik kadang-kadang heran sebab barangan dari Thailand, Indonesia, Filipina senang nak dapat ( makanan )... tu yang bila ada food product from malaysia dah masuk safeway, jadi teruja and proud sikit tu....

bab kutuk arab ni, kalau dah geram sangat baru bubuh dalam blog... selalunya 'sayang' kat arab jordan ni..hehehe.

Oh the excitement of returning.
All those boxes remind me of my move from continent to continent.
By the way, I miss keropok lekor!Don't forget to have some on my behalf. :)

I tried making my own soyabean milk at home (when I was in the States). Too much trouble lah.. just get from the store even though it doesn't taste as good as the kind we get in Malaysia - creamier. :)

jt.,

Hummmm keropok lekor ( my friend's son calls it keropok ular !!).... will sure eat on your behalf :)

I learned to make soybean milk form zaid's friend here in Jordan, back then I used to buy it almost everyday after fetching sumayah from school.. homemade steamy( yes, he steams it not boils !! ) soybean milk sold under a big tree near the school.... I also miss the delicious 'tau foo fah'... so yummy .....
